• What  Do I need to bring  with me  for the exam?
  
  Bring a  photo ID, either a passport or a driver's licence 
  Make sure your ID is current, vaccination records and any documentation reflecting your alien number if available. 
  
  For school age children , you can request vaccine records from their school nurse.
   

• What should I expect during the exam?
  
  We will fill out the I-693 medical exam for you regarding your identity and medical history. The Doctor performs a physical exam, blood draw and a urine test.

• If an x-ray is required, we will direct you to a place nearby that does the x-ray for a low price. You will need to bring your ID/passport with you .

•  Can I eat and drink before my exam?
  
        Yes, you may eat and drink.
   

• What payment methods do you accept?
  
  Payment methods we accept are Cash, Debit, or Credit cards. No personal checks.
   

• How long does it take to get my completed paperwork?
  
  We specialize in fast , efficient service, we often have your paperwork ready for you in just 6 days! 
  If you need to get  additional vaccines for your exam  or are asked to bring in additional records , then it will take a bit longer as we must wait to receive your records before processing your  paperwork.
   

• What should I do if my last name is different than on my photo ID?
  
  If you are applying under your married name, and it is different that the name on your ID, bring in your marriage certificate.
   

• What should I do if I need additional vaccinations?
  
  Don't worry, we can arrange for you to get the vaccines you need at a very reduced rate.
